Austrian bookkeeping — explained in plain language, handled in German
I am Lucia Boglarka Bajusz, selbständige Bilanzbuchhalterin in St. Georgen bei Salzburg. I take the UVA, the payroll and the Finanzamt matters off your shoulders — the first conversation is free.
The UVA (Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung) is the VAT return that has to be filed with the Finanzamt on a regular basis — if I handle your bookkeeping, I prepare it and submit it on time.
The Austrian tax authority. If a letter arrives from them, I read it, explain to you in plain language what it is about, and take care of whatever needs doing — in German.
Every month I prepare the payroll: I work out the net from the gross, the deductions and the contributions, and you get to know exactly who you have to pay and how much.
You do not have to be afraid of official German
The letters from the Finanzamt, the UVA deadlines, the registration forms — all written in German, in officialese, and all of them matters where a mistake has consequences. It is understandable if you read them twice and are still not sure the third time round.
That is why we split the work simply. You describe your situation in your own words, and I take care of the official, German-language administration. And I keep explaining the technical terms until not one of them is unclear: with me it does not happen that you sign something you did not understand.

How I can help
If it is urgent
A missed or very close deadline, an employee who has to start within days, a letter from the Finanzamt that needs an answer — in cases like these do not agonise over the right wording, just call. On the phone it quickly becomes clear what needs to be done.

A registered Austrian profession
Selbständige Bilanzbuchhalterin is not a nice-sounding title but a registered profession in Austria — your bookkeeping is handled by someone who holds the licence to do it.
In three languages
This site can be read in Hungarian, German and English — with me you can go through your affairs in the language closest to you, while towards the authorities I represent them in German.
One person, not an office
Whoever answers at the consultation is the same person who does your bookkeeping. No chain of administrators, no “my colleague will call you back”.

The first step costs you nothing
Write or call, and let us go through your situation — the first consultation is free and commits you to nothing. Afterwards you will know exactly what you need, and you will get a tailored offer for it.
