Registration paperwork and calendar deadlines — quiet orderliness
Payroll and employment matters

Hiring your first employee is a big step — the paperwork won't be

Registration, payroll, employment contract: I take care of it, on time.

You've found the right person — and now come the questions

  • How do I register and deregister an employee?
  • Where does it have to be reported, and by when?
  • How much will their net pay be?
  • What kind of contract do they need?
  • What does the employer deduct and pay in?

There is a lot of admin, but you don't have to handle it alone. If you let me know in good time, these get dealt with one by one, quietly.

What I take over on employment matters

Mitarbeiter an-/abmeldenRegistering and deregistering staff

When someone starts working for you or leaves, it has to be reported — and the deadline for that is strict. You have one job only: to tell me in good time who is starting or leaving, and when. I file the registration and the deregistration properly.

BeitragskontonummerContribution account number

As an employer you will need a Beitragskontonummer — this is the identifier under which your business's social security contributions are recorded. I take care of applying for it on your behalf.

LohnverrechnungMonthly payroll

Every month I prepare the payroll: I calculate the net from the gross, the deductions and the contributions, and you get told what has to be paid to whom. Your employee receives an accurate payslip.

DienstverträgeEmployment contracts

I draw up the employment contract (Dienstvertrag) so that what you agreed is set down in writing and clearly — working hours, pay, duties. Both sides know what to expect.

Not just for your first employee

If you have been employing people for a long time already, and the monthly payroll and the registrations and deregistrations are eating your time or your nerves, I can take that over just the same — I'll put the already running system in order too and carry it on from there.

Deadlines safely met

Every registration and every payroll run completed on time.

Before your new colleague starts, let's talk

If you're about to hire someone, it's worth talking soon so that the registration fits comfortably within the deadline. The first consultation is free — and if your new employee starts as early as tomorrow, it's simpler by phone.
